摘要
目的:探索高职旷课频发学生的旷课行为与人格特质、自我效能感、自我控制力、父母教养方式四方面的关系。方法:采用人格量表(16PF)、家庭教养方式量表(EMBU)、自我控制量表(SCS)和一般自我效能感量表(GSES)对旷课频发学生(21名)与无旷课学生(24名)进行测试。结果:(1)两组学生在人格的紧张(t=2.743,P<0.01)、恃强、兴奋、怀疑、内向与外向(t=2.603,2.310,2.252,2.352;P均<0.05),家庭教养方式的父亲拒绝否认、母亲拒绝否认(t=2.079,2.081;P均<0.05),以及自我控制力(t=3.054,P<0.01)存在显著性差异;(2)Logistic逐步回归分析结果显示,自我控制力(B=0.127、P=0.009),人格中的内向与外向(B=0.947,P=0.002)、紧张因子(B=0.824,P=0.000)是旷课频发学生旷课行为的主要影响因素;(3)两组学生在自我效能感上不存在显著性差异。结论:高职旷课频发学生的旷课行为与人格、父母教养方式的某些因素及自我控制力存在密切相关,上述因素能很好地预测旷课频发学生的旷课行为。
Objective:To explore the relationships between truancy behaviors of frequent absenteeism students and personality,self-efficacy,self-control,parental-rearing-patterns Methods:Using the personality inventory,Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran(EMBU),Self-Control Scale(SCS),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)to investigate 21 frequent absenteeism students and 24no-absent students.Results:(1)The two groups had significant differences on tension(t=2.743,P〈0.01),aggressiveness,excitement,suspicion,internal and external tropism(t=2.603,2.310,2.252,2.352;P〈0.05),rejection and denial of parents(t=2.079,2.081;P〈0.05),and self-control(t=3.054,P〈0.01);(2)Logistic stepwise regression analysis found that self-control(B=0.127,P=0.009),internal and external tropism(B=0.947,P=0.002),tension(B=0.824,P=0.000)were the main factors for truancy behaviors of frequent absenteeism students.(3)The two groups had no significant relationships on self-efficacy.Conclusion:Truancy behaviors of frequent absenteeism students is obviously related to some factors of personality and parental rearing patterns and self-control.These factors have good prediction for truancy behaviors of frequent absenteeism students.
