摘要
目的:编制突发公共事件情绪感染本土化研究工具,用以评估突发公共事件下公众情绪感染敏感度。方法:参考国外相关量表,结合中国突发事件类型特点,在访谈的基础上编制并发放量表。收集826份数据,首先随机抽取回收数据中的400份进行项目分析和探索性因素分析确定最终量表,然后对426份数据进行验证性因素分析,验证量表效度。结果:最终量表共15个题项,包含惊奇、快乐、恐惧、愤怒、悲伤5个维度,量表的拟合指数为:CMIN/DF=2.75,RMSEA=0.053,GFI=0.954,NFI=0.964,CFI=0.977,IFI=0.977,各项拟合指标均达到拟合优度模型水平;总量表的Cronbach信度为0.932,各维度的内部一致性系数均在0.796~0.908之间,且回收数据中女性得分显著高于男性(P<0.01)。结论:本研究编制的突发公共事件情绪感染量表具有可接受的信效度,可在未来相关领域使用,政府应急管理相关部门可基于此量表完善应急预案。
Objective：To develop the emotional contagion for public emergency（ECPE）in a Chinese sample,to evaluate the sensitivity of the emotional contagion for people who under the emergency.Methods：with the method of making reference to exiting foreign similar scales,combining with interviewing and the characteristics of Chinese emergency types,the scale was constructed and tested in 826 people.Based on the 400 date,item analysis and exploratory factor analysis were used to determine the final scale.Confirmatory factor analysis was used on 426 data.Results：the final scale had 15 items and 5dimensions,including surprise,happy,fear,anger,sadness.Fit indexes of scale were：CMIN/DF=2.75,RMSEA=0.053,GFI=0.954,NFI=0.964,CFI=0.977,IFI=0.977,and all the fit indexes have reached the level of goodness of fit model;Cronbach of the whole scale was 0.932,the internal consistency of scale and its sub-scales were 0.796-0.908;the score of women was significantly higher than male.Conclusion：It suggests that ECPE has acceptable reliability,and can be used in related fields in the future,relevant departments of the government emergency management can improve the emergency response plan based on this scale.
