摘要
目的系统评价多潘立酮联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、Pub Med数据库、Springer等数据库有关多潘立酮联合黛力新治疗FD的随机对照试验,检索时间均从建库至2016年5月1日,并追溯纳入文献的参考文献,对纳入研究的文献评价质量并提取有效数据,用Review Manger5.3软件进行数据管理与Meta分析。结果纳入13项随机对照试验,共1244例患者。Meta分析结果显示,多潘立酮联合黛力新治疗FD的总有效率明显高于单用多潘立酮,差异具有显著性[RR=1.30,95%CI(1.23,1.37),P<0.00001];7篇文献中不良反应发生率与对照组(多潘立酮)无显著性差异[RR=1.60,95%CI(0.88,2.88),P=0.12]。结论基于此次Meta结果显示,多潘立酮联合黛力新治疗FD具有较高的疗效及安全性。
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of domperidone combined with flupenthixol-meditracen in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia（FD）. Method China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, China Biology Medicine disc, Pub Med and Springer were retrieved to collect randomized controlled trials（RCT） that domperidone combined with flupenthixol-meditracen in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia. The retrieval time ranged from the time of database founded to May 1 of 2016, and trace of the related references was also carried out. Evaluation on methodology quality and data extraction were performed for the included studies. Data management and Meta-analysis were performed by using Review Manger 5.3 software. Result Thirteen RCT involving 1244 patients were enrolled. Meta-analysis found that,the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group [RR=1.30, 95%CI（1.23, 1.37）, P〈0.00001]. there was no significant difference in the incidence of serious adverse events between the treatment group and the control group [RR=1.60, 95%CI（0.88, 2.88）, P=0.12].Conclusion Based on these Meta-analysis results, domperidone combined with flupenthixol-meditracen shows higher clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia.
