血清肿瘤相关物质在肿瘤早期诊断与疗效监测中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究血清肿瘤相关物质(BXTM)在肿瘤的早期诊断与疗效监测中的应用。方法选择2015年2月至2016年1月160例恶性肿瘤患者为A组,108例非肿瘤患者为B组,另选120例健康体检者为C组,采用BXTM试剂盒分别检测三组人群的BXTM浓度并进行比较。同时对160例恶性肿瘤患者进行动态监测,观察比较其治疗前后BXTM的浓度变化。结果A组阳性率(敏感性)为88.13%,B组阴性率(特异性)为84.26%,C组阴性率(特异性)为90.83%,且A组BXTM值明显高于B、C组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。经过治疗后9种肿瘤患者BXTM值均显著下降,治疗前后BXTM水平比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论血清肿瘤相关物质在肿瘤早期诊断与疗效监测中有较高的敏感性和特异性,是肿瘤诊断及疗效监测的重要检测指标。 ObjectiveTo study the application of serum tumor related substances in early diagnosis and curative effect monitoring of tumor.MethodsOne hundred and sixty patients with malignant tumor from 2015 February to 2016 January were selected as group A, 108 cases of non tumor patients were selected as group B, 120 healthy persons were selected as control group (group C), the concentration of BXTM in three groups were detected by BXTM Kit. At the same time, the changes of the concentration of BXTM before and after treatment of 160 patients with malignant tumor were observed and compared. ResultsIn group A, the positive rate (sensitivity) was 88.13%; in group B, the negative rate (specificity) was 84.26%; and the negative rate (specificity) was 90.83% in group C. BXTM value in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and C, the differences were significant (P〈0.05). After treatment, the BXTM values of 9 kinds of tumors patients significantly decreased, there was significant difference between before and after treatment (P〈0.05).ConclusionsSerum tumor related substances has high sensitivity and specificity in early diagnosis and curative effect monitoring of tumors, and are important indicators of tumor diagnosis and curative effect monitoring.
