摘要
目的探讨金标法粪转铁蛋白检测(TRF)和金标法粪便隐血试验(Hb)联合检测在消化道出血和肿瘤患者中的临床诊断符合率情况。方法分析60例健康体检者与64例住院患者粪便隐血试验结果,对每一例标本同时进行TRF、Hb、TRF+Hb测试,统计3种方法的阳性率。结果 64例患者均经过消化道内窥镜和病理组织学镜检明确诊断,包括上消化道出血患者33例、溃疡性结肠炎患者12例、结肠癌患者19例。Hb单独检测阳性患者48例,阳性率为75.0%;TRF单独检测阳性患者52例,阳性率为81.0%;Hb+TRF联合检测阳性患者55例,阳性率为86.0%。结论 2个试验结合可明显提高消化道出血和肿瘤患者粪便隐血试验阳性率。因此,TRF和Hb联合检测明显提高临床诊断效率,可作为消化道出血与肿瘤患者粪便隐血试验常规筛查项目。
Objective To explore the accuracy rate of the combination of DIGFA fecal transferrin（ TRF） test and DIGFA fecal occult blood test in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients and tumor patients. Methods To analyze the fecal occult blood test results of 60 healthy controls and 64 hospitalized patients; to conduct TRF test,Hb test and TRF ＋ Hb test on each specimen at the same time,and calculate the positive rates of these three methods. Results All 64 hospitalized patients were definitely diagnosed by gastrointestinal endoscope and histopathologic examination,including 33 upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients,12 ulcerative colitis patients and 19 colon cancer patients. 48 patients were positive in Hb separate test and the positive rate was 75. 0%; 52 patients were positive in TRF separate test,and the positive rate was 81. 0%; 55 patients were positive in the combined test of Hb ＋ TRF,and the positive rate was 86. 0%. Conclusion The combination of these two tests can significantly improve the positive rate of gastrointestinal hemorrhage test and fecal occult blood test for tumor patients. Accordingly,the combined test of TRF and Hb can obviously improve the clinical diagnosis efficiency,and it can be used as the routine screening program for gastrointestinal hemorrhage test and the fecal occult blood test for tumor patients.
