摘要
目的:对近年来中医药对围绝经期综合征的病因病机的认识及治疗进展做一整理,以期为中医药治疗围绝经期综合征提供参考。方法:以围绝经期综合征、更年期综合征等为关键词,通过CNKI及相关搜索引擎检索近10年有关围绝经期综合征病因病机及其治疗的论文2 000余篇,再以中医药为关键词对文章进行筛选,获得相关文献300余篇。结果:阅读了两百余篇有关中医药与围绝经期综合征或更年期综合征的论文,发现中医药治疗围绝经期综合征具有其独特的优势,并无不良反应。结论:中医药通过改善脏腑功能、调节阴阳平衡和补虚祛邪对围绝经期综合征具有很好的治疗作用。参考文献58条。
Objective：The understanding of disease cause and mechanism of perimenopausal syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） and the development of TCM treatment were summarized to provide references for TCM treating perimenopausal syndrome. Methods：Perimenopausal syndrome,menopausal syndrome and other terms were used as the Key words,and databases like CNKI were searched to obtain 2 000 papers on disease cause,disease mechanism and treatment of perimenopausal sydnrome in the last 10 years. After that,TCM were used as the key word to screen the selected paper and 300 papers were included. Results：The included papers on TCM,perimenopausal syndrome and menopausal syndrome were studied,and it was found that TCM showed advantages on perimenopausal syndrome and had no adverse side effects. Conclusion：TCM by improving the function of internal organs,regulating yin and yang balance,tonifying the deficiency and removing the evil have good therapeutic effect on perimenopausal syndrome. The references include 58 papers.
