摘要
根据输电网运行模型的2种模式,建立基于蒙特卡罗模拟输电线路故障模式和故障时间的缺电成本模型,结合节点负荷的重要程度的分类和缺电损失评价率随停电时间变化的情况,采用潮流跟踪法,提出了基于衡量负荷削减对缓解系统过负荷支路程度的经济性指标的求解算法,并通过算例证明了模型的实用性和算法的有效性。
According to the two types of transmission network operation models,calculating outage model is establishing based on Monte-carlo simulation considering fault types and fault hours of the transmission branch.Combining the types of load importance and the changing rate of the outage loss along with the hour of the loss of power,using power tracing method,a simulation of solving the economic index is proposed based on the measure of the degree of loading-shedding to the overload of the system,meanwhile a example proves that model is practical and simulation is efficient.
