摘要
目的观察枕五针埋线针刀治疗枕神经性头痛的临床疗效。方法采用"杨氏3A+颈肩腰腿痛特色疗法"核心内容之一的"枕五针"埋线针刀治疗枕神经性头痛66例。结果 66例患者中痊愈46例(69.70%),有效19例(28.78%),无效1例(1.52%),总有效率98.48%。结论 "枕五针"埋线针刀治疗枕神经性头痛安全有效,易被患者接受,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂ zhenwuzhen＂ and embedding thread acupotomy in the treatment of headache induced by compression of occipital nerves. Methods The authors used ＂ zhenwuzhen＂ therapy from ＂ Yang＇s 3A＋＂ therapy and acupoint catgut-embedding and acupotomy to treat the headache induced by compression of occipital nerves for 66 cases. Results 46 cases were cured （69.70%） , 19 cases were markedly effective （28.78%） , 1 case was invalid （1.52 %） , and the total effective rate was 98.48%. Conclusion Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂ zhenwuzhen＂ in the treatment of headache induced by compression of occipital nerves is safe and effective. It is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
