离心温度对甲状腺功能检测结果的影响

摘要 目的探讨不同的标本离心温度,对化学发光法甲状腺功能(T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH、TG、A—TPO)检测结果的影响,为实验室制定化学发光法甲状腺功能检测前离心标准化提供数据处理依据。方法随机选取25例住院患者为研究对象,每位患者采集6mL静脉全血标本分别注入2支加有分离胶一抗凝剂的生化管各3ml,其中一支试管用实验室常温离心机(离心温度为20℃)以3500r/min离心8min;另一支试管用低温离心机(离心温度为4℃)以3500r/min离心8min。离心出的血清同时在罗氏E411全自动化学发光分析仪上进行甲状腺功能检测,检测结果进行统计学分析,P〈0.05为有显著性差异,有统计学意义。结果(1)离心温度为20℃或4℃对于FT3、FT4、TSH的检测结果差别无统计学意义(P〉0.05);(2)离心温度为20℃或4℃对于T3、T4、TG、A—TPO的检测结果差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在对甲状腺功能(T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH、TG、A—TPO)检测标本进行离心处理时,建议采用低温离心机(离心温度为4℃)离心,以保证检测结果的准确性。如只进行FT3、FT4、TSH检测的标本可采用常温离心机进行离心处理。 Objective To explore different specimens centrifugation temperature, of chemiluminescence thyroid function(T3, T4 FT3,FT4,TSH,TG.A TPO) test results, the influence of chemiluminescence method for laboratory standardization of thyroid function tests before the centrifugal provides the basis of the data processing. Methods 25 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly selected as the research object, and each patient 6 mi venous blood samples were injected into two biochemical tube with glue separationanticoagulant added 3 ml, each one of the test tube with laboratory centrifuge (centrifugal temperature is 20 ℃ ) at room temperature to 3 500 r/min, the centrifugal 8 min; Another centrifuge tube with low temperature (centrifugal temperature of 4 ℃) to 3 500 r/min, the centrifugal 8 rain. Centrifugal the serum on roche E411 automatic chemiluminescence analyzer at the same time thyroid function tests and test results of statistical analysis, P〈0.05 as there are significant differences, with statistical significance. Results (1) the centrifugation temperature is 20 ℃ and 4 ℃ for FT3, FT4, TSH results difference had no statistical significance (P〉0. 05) ;(2)centrifugal temperature is 20 ℃ and 4 ℃ for T3, T4, TG, A-TPO test results of the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion On thyroid function (T3, T4, FT3, FT4, TSH, TG, A-TPO) test specimens for centrifugal processing, recommend using low temperature centrifuge centrifuge (centrifugal temperature of 4 ℃), to ensure the accuracy of test results. If only to FT3, FT4, TSH test specimen can be used at room temperature to centrifugal centrifuge.
