摘要
目的探讨高血压合并冠心病患者中同型半胱氨酸、糖化血清白蛋白（GSP）的水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法对患者血浆同型半胱氨酸、GSP水平综合分析，将230例原发性高血压患者按是否合并冠心病分为实验组和对照组，其中实验组患者38例，对照组患者192例。所有患者均行冠状动脉造影术，并统计冠状动脉Gensini的积分，并进行分析。结果实验组中急性冠脉综合征的发生率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；随着冠状动脉病变支数增加，血浆同型半胱氨酸的浓度逐渐增加，而糖化血清白蛋白的水平逐渐增加，各分支的狭窄程度及斑块等指标上均有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论高血压患者的冠脉病变程度与血浆同型半胱氨酸相关，与糖化血清白蛋白的水平也有一定的相关性，因此，在评估高血压患者冠脉病变程度时应注重参考血浆同型半胱氨酸及糖化血清白蛋白水平。
Objective To study hypertension combined homocysteine in patients with coronary heart disease （GSP）, saccharification serum albumin level and the degree of the coronary artery lesions. Methods the patients＇ blood plasma homocysteine, GSP level, a comprehensive analysis of 230 patients with primary hypertension with coronary heart disease were divided into experimental group and control group, 38 patients in the experimental group, the control groap were 192 cases. All patients of coronary artery angiography, coronary artery and statistics Gensini points were analyzed. Results the incidence of acute coronary syndrome in the experimental group is higher than the control group, the difference is statistically significant （P〈 0. 05）; With the increase of coronary artery lesion counts, blood plasma homoeysteine concentration increasing, and the saccbarification serum albumin level increased gradually, the branches on the degree of stenosis and plaque index were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion the degree of high blood pressure in patients with coronary artery lesions associated with plasma homocysteine, and saeeharifieation no correlation between serum albumin levels. Therefore, we should assess the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with hypertension focus on reference plas ma homocysteine levels and glycated serum albumin.
