摘要
目的探讨脂肪肝患者9项生化指标检测对肝损害状况的诊断价值。方法选择2015年4月至2016年4月我院接诊的60例脂肪肝患者作为本次研究观察组，其中脂肪肝病情程度轻、中、重度各20例，并选择同期在我院接受保健的健康人员60例作为对照组。对所有受试者天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、三酰甘油（TO）、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶（γ-GT）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、碱性磷酸酶（ALKP）、总胆固醇（TC）、胆碱酯酶（CHE）、直接胆红素（DBIL）、总胆红素（TBIL）进行检测，进行比较分析。结果在观察组中，9项生化指标结果均比对照组高（P〈0．05）；在脂肪肝轻、中、重度患者中，三组患者在AST、TG、γ-GT、ALT、ALKP、TC结果上无显著差异（P〉0．05），随着病情加重，CHE、DBIL、TBIL水平也逐渐升高（P〈0．05）；联合检测9项生化指标的脂肪肝检出率比单项指标检测结果高（P〈0．05）。结论在脂肪肝患者中，9项生化指标的联合检测对病情的判断中具有指导意义。
Objective To study diagnosis and analysis of 9 biochemical indexes in patients with fatty liver. Methods 60 patients with fatty liver from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were researched as observation and control groups, mild, moderate and severe cases of fatty liver disease in 20 cases,and select 60 cases of health people in the same period in our hospital to receive as a control group.. The AST （ Aspartate amino transferase）, TG （ triacylglycerol）, γ-GT （ γ-glutamyltranspetidase）, ALT （ alanine aminotransferase） ,ALKP（alkaline phosphatase） ,TC（total cholesterol） ,CHE（eholinesterase） ,DBIL（Direct bilirubin） ,TBIL（total bilirubin） were be detected, and comparative analysis. Results In the observation group, the results of 9 biochemical indexes were higher than the con trol group（P〈0.05） ; in patients with mild, moderate and severe fatty liver, there was no significant difference in the results of AST, TG,γ-GT,ALT,ALKP,TC between the three groups （P〉0. 05） ; with the aggravation of the disease, the levels of CHE, DBIL and TBIL were gradually increased（P〈0.05） ;the detection rate of fatty liver combined with 9 biochemical indexes was higher than that of single indicator（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the patients with fatty liver, the joint detection of 9 biochemical indexes has guiding signifi- cance in the judgment of the disease. value
