摘要
近年来,随着采深的不断增加,煤层瓦斯含量和瓦斯压力在不断增加,石门揭穿突出煤层的掘进速度和安全威胁严重制约采掘接替的工作,消除石门揭煤过程中煤与瓦斯突出的关键在于对具有突出危险的煤层进行有效预抽。提出采用高压脉冲水射流优越的切割能力和自激振荡的特性,对煤层进行割缝,增加煤层卸压面积和瓦斯运移通道,强化解吸煤层瓦斯,并在平顶山矿区石门揭煤中推广应用,达到安全快速石门揭煤目的。
In recent years, with the increase of mining depth, gas content and gas pressure are also increasing, the driving speed and hid- den dangers of cross-cut uncovering outburst coal seam are seriously affect the normal work, the key of eliminating the outburst danger in cross-cut uncovering coal is to make effective gas drainage in coal seam with outburst danger. In this paper,it was proposed that cutting coal by using high pressure pulse water jet, according to its superior cutting ability and the characteristics of the self-excited oscillation, whose purpose was to increasing the pressure relief area of coal seam and the channels of gas migration, and to strengthen the desorption of coal seam gas. This technology was applied in cross-cut coal uncovering of Pingdingshan mining area, and has achieved the goal of coal uncovering safely and quickly.
