成人睾丸两性母细胞瘤1例报告及文献复习

摘要 两性母细胞瘤是一种罕见的性索间质肿瘤，国内外仅有少量的病例报道且绝大多数发生于卵巢，仅见1例发生于婴儿睾丸的两性母细胞瘤的国外报道。我科2016年1月收治1例成年睾丸两性母细胞瘤患者，报告如下。患者，男，23岁，未婚。因发现左侧阴囊内无痛性肿块人院。既往无睾丸附睾炎及阴囊外伤病史。体格检查：体毛分布正常，无男性乳房女性化表现。
