摘要
标准化、特色化、品牌化是学校发展三部曲。品牌化是学校发展新基点、新视点、新战略。学校发展需要创意,创意需要规划设计。学校品牌建设需要顶层设计和系统建构。本文就核心理念如何引领学校发展,让每一所学校都成为特色品牌学校,打破学校发展地域、经费、师资、生源决定论,使深圳教育各有特色,相得益彰,呈和谐发展景象,提供深圳样例。
The standardization, being characteristics, and branding are regarded as the trilogy for school development. The branding can be considered as the new starting point, new viewpoint, and new strategy for school development which requires creativity based on planing and designing. School brand construction needs both top-level design and system construction, which is defined as a new discourse system of innovations in terms of organization, combination and mechanism. This paper provides Shenzhen Mode of school development in which schools are developed into brand ones with their own characteristics by breaking the determinism of locations funding, teachers, and students.
