摘要
通过梳理加拿大U15大学教学发展中心的组织结构、功能定位、工作内容、工作方式以及组织协调机制等方面内容,发现它们具有理念的人本性、角色的多样性、人员的专业性、服务的多元性、组织的协调性等特点。其坚持以人为本的服务理念、建立一支独立的专业团队、开展多元化的项目和服务、提供丰富多样的教学资源、构建高效统一的协调机制等做法,可为我国建设大学教学发展中心提供借鉴。
By studying the organization structure, the function orientation, the mode to operation and the coor- dination mechanism of university teaching development centers of U15, we found that they have the following characteristics, such as the concept of human nature, the diversity of the role, the professionalism of the staff, multiple service and coordinate organization. This provides us the inspiration and experience： we should ad- here to the people - oriented service concept, establish an independent professional team, carry out a wide range of programs and services, provide a variety of teaching resources and build an efficient unified coordination mechanism.
