摘要
介绍一起餐饮场所较大燃气爆炸事故的调查处理过程,重点运用检验鉴定方法,结合证人证言和多种痕迹物证,认定事故直接原因为管件连接处发生泄漏所致,最终认定为一起生产安全责任事故。结合事故经验教训,提出建立有效的燃气安全检查制度,并从检查目标、对象、方式、要求等方面进行详细论述。
The investigation process of a major fire in a dining place was introduced, using inspection and identification method, com- bined with the testimony of witnesses and other trace evidence, the fire cause was identified as gas leakage from junction point between pipes, and finally the explosion accident was identified as a respon- sibility safety accident. Combined with the accident experience, the establishment of effective gas safety inspection system was pro- posed, and detailed discussion was made from aspects as inspection objection, method and requirements.
