摘要
通过对阻燃防护服产品质量和性能指标的分析和研究,提出了影响产品质量的3个因素,即穿着服用质量因素、阻燃防护质量因素和功能舒适质量因素。建立了可量化的质量评价分指数和综合指数及计算模型,并对5种产品的质量进行评价。结果表明,该模型可用于对阻燃防护服产品质量进行量化比较和分析,为设计研发、工艺调整和质量控制提供科学的分析依据。
Through the analysis and study of the product quality and properties of flame retardant protective clothing, 3 factors influencing the quality of the products were put forward, name- ly wear quality factors, flame retardant protective quality fac- tors and functional comfortable quality factors. The quantitativequality evaluation index and comprehensive index were estab- lished, and evaluated 5 kinds of products. Results showed that, the model can be used to compare and analyze the product quali- ty of flame retardant protective clothing quantitatively, and pro- vide scientific reference resources for the research and develop- ment, the process adjustment and quality control.
