摘要
设计试验系统,以酒精火和汽油火为研究对象,分析预燃时间、喷雾压力以及火源功率对细水雾灭火效果的影响。预燃时间设定为:30、60、90s,喷雾压力设置为0.50、1.25、2.00MPa,火源设定为:50、100、150g。设计2组正交实验,分析不同工况下烟气浓度、火源热成像以及空间温度的变化过程。正交分析结果表明,三因素三水平对应的最优工况为2.00 MPa、30s、100g,而且在此条件下酒精和汽油火的灭火时间分别为63s和36s。根据灭火时间极差分析结果,影响酒精火实验因素的主次顺序为喷雾压力、火源功率、预燃时间,而影响汽油火实验因素的主次顺序为预燃时间、喷雾压力、火源功率。
Taking alcohol and gasoline fire as the research objects,the effect of pre-burning time,spray pressure and fire source power on water mist fire suppression were analyzed.The pre-burning time was set as 30,60,90s;the spray pressure was set as 0.50,1.25,2.00 MPa;the fire source power was set as 50,100,150 g.Two orthogonal experiments were designed to analyze gas concentration,thermal imaging of fire sources and space temperature in the process under different conditions.The orthogonal results showed that the optimal experimental conditions were 2.00 MPa,30 sand 50g.Under optimal conditions,the extinguishing time of alcohol and gas were respectively 63 sand 36s.On the basis of range analysis of extinguishing time,the primary and secondary order of influencing extinguishing alcohol fire was spray pressure,the fire source power and pre-burning time.The primary and secondary order of influencing extinguishing gas fire was pre-burning time,spray pressure and the fire source power.
