玉米营养器官成熟组织的形态解剖学研究

摘要 采用石蜡切片的方法,对玉米营养器官中成熟组织的显微结构进行观察,并根据其纤维分布特点划分机械组织类型。结果表明:根角质层不发达,而茎与叶角质层发达;根中央具有髓;根据纤维分布特点划分出鞘状机械组织、周缘机械组织、分散机械组织三种机械组织类型。 The microstructure of mature tissues in vegetative organs of Zea mays was observed by paraffin section, and the mechanical tissue types were classified by the distribution characteristics of the fibers. The results showed that the cuticle of the root did not devel- oped, the cuticles of stem and leaf developed and central root had pulp. Three types of mechanical tissues were divided by the fiber dis- tribution characteristics, i.e. scabbard shape mechanical tissue, peripheral mechanical tissue and dispersive mechanical tissue.
