摘要
随着社会发展模式向创新型转变,产业加快转型升级,推进由大变强,培养技能型人才显然已成为提升国家核心竞争力的战略举措。"天津市百万技能人才培训福利计划"积极响应国家技能型人才职业教育的号召,在引导各行业注重产业发展的同时,引导全社会关注技术与服务。加拿大自"二战"后积极推进职业教育培训,形成了"CBE教学模式"、"学徒制模式"和"1 800小时速成模式"等值得借鉴的技能型人才培养经验,为天津市开展技能型人才职业教育提供了宝贵的经验与启示。
With the development of innovation-oriented society, the training of skilled talents has become a strategic move to enhance the core competitiveness of China. "Tianjin Million Skilled Personnel Training and Welfare Program" is an active response to develop vocational education for skills talents in China. It leads the society to focus on the development of the industry, meanwhile, to pay close attention to technology and services. Since WWII, Canada has put a lot of efforts on developing vocational education and has established three models, including CBE Model, Apprenticeship Model, and 1800-Hour-Trainning Model, all of which provide valuable experience and enlightenment for the vocational education of skilled talents in Tianjin.
