Optimization of AGC System Function on 200 MW Air Cooling Unit

摘要 内蒙古丰镇发电厂200 MW空冷机组因AGC功能不完善,不能正常投入运行。通过改进锅炉主控、汽轮机主控、负荷指令设定、压力设定、协调方式切换、频率校正等自动控制系统的控制策略和逻辑,优化了AGC系统功能,提高了机组的自动控制品质和抗扰动性能,满足了CCS及AGC运行要求,机组具备了AGC投入条件。 AGC system function was not perfect on the 200 MW air cooling unit in Inner Mongolia Fengzhen Power Plant,could not be put into operation.The boiler main control,the turbine main control,the load instruction setting,the pressure setting,the coordination mode switching,the frequency correction and the automatic control system control strategies were enhanced,and the logic function of AGC system was optimized.The automatic control quality and the anti-disturbance performance were improved,which could meet the operational requirements of CCS and AGC,and the unit had the condition for the AGC to be put into operation.
