摘要
文章研究的地方特色产业基地是区域经济发展的载体和支撑。目前特色产业基地建设存在的主要问题是企业规模偏小、创新能力不强、基地的集聚效应不明显、政策扶持力度不够。为了推进特色产业基地建设,必须以技术创新为动力、以两化融合为主线、以金融财税人才政策支持为保障,推进传统产业与新兴产业融合发展,提升产业核心竞争力。
The local characteristic industry base studied in this paper is the carrier and support of the regional economic development. At present, the main problems existing in the construction of characteristic industrial base are the small size of enterprises, the weak ability of innovation, the insignificant agglomeration effect, the insufficient policy support. In order to promote the construction of distinctive industrial base, we must take the technical innovation as the driving force, take the integration of the two as the main line, and take the financial policy, fiscal and taxation policy and talents policy as guarantee, to promote the development of the integration of traditional industries and emerging industries and enhance the core competitiveness of the industry.
