摘要
基于转子系统动力学相似模型开展了碰摩故障特征复现研究,以Jeffcott转子系统为例,采用方程分析法,推导了考虑非线性刚度的转子系统碰摩特征相似关系,并完成了模型转子和原型转子的数值仿真,得到了模型转子系统和原型转子系统响应随角速度变化的分岔图。计算得到的两个转子系统分岔图趋势一致,表明系统运动形式一致,分岔时的角速度和响应特征符合相似关系,验证了所提方法的正确性。可根据模型发生分岔时的参数值来预测原型的参数值,且可用模型转子系统代替原型转子系统进行碰摩故障机理分析。
The rub-impact malfunction features reproduction was studied based on the rotor system dynamics similarity model. The Jeffcott rotor system was set as the example. The rotor system rub-impact features similarity relation was deduced while considering nonlinear stiffness. The model rotor and the prototype simulations were performed to obtain the bifurcation of angular velocity of the rotor system. The results showed that the trends of the bifurcation diagrams from two rotor systems were identical. The motion forms were identical. The angular velocities and response characteristics met the similarity relation, which verified the correctness of the proposed method. The parameters value of the model could be used to predict the parameter values of the prototype. It showed that the prototype model rotor system can be instead of the rotor system to perform rub-impact malfunction mechanism analysis.
