摘要
华北石化250kt/a催化轻汽油醚化装置流程简单,造成总的C_5活性烯烃转化仅为30.0%,产品中甲醇含量高达0.5%~0.6%,烯烃含量仅降低5.0个百分点,生成的高辛烷值醚化物少。经醚化后,汽油产品辛烷值基本无变化。由于以上原因,决定采用LNE-3工艺技术对原装置进行改造,将加工规模由250kt/a扩建为300kt/a。主要改造内容为:新增催化蒸馏上塔、催化蒸馏下塔、甲醇回收塔、甲醇净化器、萃取水净化器等设备;在第一醚化反应器、第二醚化反应器之间增设冷却器,以进一步提高活性烯烃转化率;增设催化蒸馏上塔塔底重沸器,以回收高温凝结水热量,可节省能量4.12kg标油/t催化轻汽油。装置改造后运行平稳,总的C_5活性烯烃转化率达到92.70%,醚化产品及剩余C_5中甲醇含量分别降至0和0.09%,总的烯烃含量降低15.27个百分点,辛烷值提高4.6个单位,蒸汽压降低约22k Pa,装置吨油净利润达到169.76元,经济效益良好。
Petro China North China Petrochemical Company ′s 250kt/a catalytic light gasoline etherification unit had a simple process.The unit′ s overall C_5 active olefin conversion rate was only 30.0%,the content of methanol in products produced was as high as 0.5% ~0.6%,olefin content was down only 5.0 percentage points and only a small amount of high-octane etherate was generated.After etherification,the octane values of gasoline products basically had no change.For the above reasons,the company decided to introduce the LNE-3 technology to revamp the unit and expand the production capacity of the unit to 300kt/a from 250kt/a.The revamp is summarized as follows: Adding an upper catalytic distillation column,a lower catalytic distillation column,a methanol recovery column,a methanol purifier and an extracted water purifier;adding a cooler between the first and second etherification reactors in order to further increase the active olefin conversion rate;and adding a reboiler at the bottom of the upper catalytic distillation column to recover heat in high-temperature condensed water(this could save 4.12 kg oil equivalent oil per ton of catalytic light gasoline).The unit has been operating stably since the revamp.The overall C_5 active olefin conversion rate has reached92.70%.The contents of methanol in etherified products and remaining C_5 have dropped to 0 and 0.09%,respectively.The total olefin content has dropped 15.27 percentage points.The octane value has increased 4.6,the steam pressure has fallen around 22 k Pa.The unit ′s net profit per ton of oil has reached 169.76 yuan.
