摘要
压裂井的产能影响因素研究可为压裂设计指明参数优化方向。以玛北油藏为例,采用E-Stim Plan软件对油藏产能进行预测,并在此基础上分析了影响产能的主要因素,得到下列结论:压力系数对产量的影响非常大,应优选压力系数高的区域开展钻井压裂工作;环玛湖砂砾岩储层都有不同程度的压敏现象,大大影响了产量;在目前的储层条件以及分级压裂级数要求下,完井方式对产量影响不大;随着裂缝长度的增加,产能相应增大,但到达一定的长度之后,长度增加对产能增加的贡献量减小;当储层地下渗透率为0.1m D时,长期导流能力在130~160m D·m为优;20~40目陶粒、覆膜砂满足有效应力30MPa下导流能力为130~160m D·m的要求;水平段越长,产量越高,而水平段长度的选取受其他诸多因素限制;当储层地下渗透率为0.1m D时,700m水平段长优选的裂缝条数在14~16条之间;在支撑剂容易沉降的储层,裂缝容易向上延伸有利于产层整体导流能力的提高,反之则不利于整体导流能力的提高。
The research on the influencing factor of productivity of the fractured well is the foundation of parameter optimization of the hydraulic fracturing design.Mabei oil reservoir was taken as an example.E-Stim-Plan software was applied to productivity forecast of the oil reservoir,and main influencing factors of the productivity were analyzed.The conclusions were drawn as follows.Pressure coefficient has great influence on the production,so drilling and hydraulic fracturing should be implemented in the areas with high pressure co-efficient.Pressure-sensitive phenomena are usual in circum-Mahu glutenite reservoir,which has great influence on the production too.Under the conditions of present reservoir and requirement of fracturing stage,completion mode has little influence on the production.Along with the increase of fracture length,the productivity increased until certain length.When reservoir permeability is 0.1mD,the long-term conductivity of the flow paths should be 130 to 160 mD·m;20-40 screen mesh ceramsite and coated sand meets the demands of 130 to 160mD·m of the conductivity at 30 MPa of effective stress.Longer horizontal section brings more produc-tion,but the determination of the horizontal section length was restricted by many factors.When the reservoir permeability is 0.1mD,14 to 16 fractures are the best at 700 m of the horizontal section.In the reservoirs with proppant being easy to subside,the fractures are easy to grow upward,which is good for enhancing the whole conductivity of the pays,otherwise it is bad for enhancing the whole conductivity.
