摘要
目的分析卵巢上皮性肿瘤术后患者行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗的妊娠结局及安全性。方法对安徽医科大学附属省立医院生殖医学中心2011年1月至2015年10月期间因不孕因素行IVF-ET治疗的9例良性、4例交界性肿瘤术后患者的临床结局进行回顾性分析。结果 13例患者共行IVF-ET助孕20个周期,新鲜周期胚胎移植11个周期,妊娠率为54.55%(6/11),冷冻周期胚胎移植10个周期,妊娠率为40.00%(4/10)。13例患者平均随访时间(从首次IVF助孕时间到末次随访时间)为24个月,经IVF治疗后仅有1例复发,没有与卵巢肿瘤相关的死亡,所有新生儿均未发现畸形。结论卵巢上皮性良性、交界性肿瘤术后合并不孕症的患者行IVF-ET治疗的妊娠率比较理想,IVF-ET治疗有效且安全。
Objective To explore the pregnancy outcomes and safety of the patients with IVF-ET treatment after ovarian epithelial tumor surgery. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical outcomes of 13 patients with infertility factors undergoing IVF-ET treatment after ovarian epithelial tumor surgery during the period from January 2011 to October 2015 in reproductive medical center of the Affiliated Provincial Hospital of Anhui Medical University. Among the cases there were 9 of benign tumors and 4 of borderline ovarian tumors. Results Totally 20 IVF-ET cycles were researched in 13 patients. The pregnancy rate of 11 fresh embryo transfer cycles turned out to be 54. 55%（ 6 /11）,and that of 10 frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles was 40. 00%（ 4 /10）. The mean follow-up（ from first IVF promoting gestation to last follow-up） was 24 months among 13 patients,and recurrence happened in only 1 case after IVF-ET treatment.No ovarian tumor-associated death occurred,and no newborn congenital malformation appeared. Conclusion The pregnancy rate of infertile patients undergoing IVF-ET treatment with ovarian benign or borderline tumors is proved to be comparatively ideal. IVF-ET treatment could be used effectively and safely in patients.
