摘要
冷链物流是物流业的一个新兴产业,其主要的目标就是保证冷藏冷冻食品能在运输过程中处于低温环境,不会因为温度的不稳定出现腐烂的现象,与此相关的冷链物流运作也得到了关注。除此之外,冷链物流的出现也体现了人们对食品安全意识、食品安全理念的更高要求。基于此,文中对我国冷链物流现状与凸显的问题进行了探讨,并针对问题提出了有效的发展对策。
the cold chain logistics is an emerging industry in the logistics industry which main goal is to ensure that frozen food in low temperature environment in the process of transportation, the rotten phenomenon will not happen because of the instability of temperature, cold chain logistics operation related to this also received attention. In addition, the emergence of the cold chain logistics also reflected the people for food safety consciousness, the concept of food safety and higher requirements. Based on this,the cold chain logistics in our country present situation and the highlights of the problem are discussed in this paper,and puts forward the development of effective countermeasures in view of the problem.
