摘要
为验证燃料油对集料与沥青间粘附性的影响并分析其影响机理,通过气相色谱-质谱试验测定了不同燃料油的主要成分,以及燃烧试验测定了不同燃料油的残留灰分质量比,并通过拉拔试验比较了洁净玄武岩及表面吸附有燃料油灰分的玄武岩与沥青间的粘附性。结果发现,煤焦油作为燃料油,燃烧后灰分吸附在集料表面,会降低集料与沥青间的粘附性,燃料油燃烧灰分质量比越大,对玄武岩集料与沥青间的粘附性影响程度越大。
In order to confirm the effect of fuel oil on adhesion between aggregates and asphalt and analyze the reason,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry test was conducted to analyze the main components of different kinds of fuel oil,combustion test was performed to measure the combustion residual mass ratio,and pull-out test was carried out to determine the bond strength between clean basalt as well as the basalt with ash content of fuel oil on the surface and asphalt.Results show that using coal tar as fuel oil would decrease the cohesion between aggregates and asphalt because of the ash content remained on the aggregates.The higher combustion residual mass ratio of the fuel oil,the greater the effect on the bond strength between aggregates and asphalt.
