摘要
某公司水电联产低温多效海水淡化装置运行近7年,针对最近2年二次流动箱出现大量铝黄铜管腐蚀泄漏的情况,结合设备运行实际,分析了引起铝黄铜腐蚀泄漏的原因及影响因素,并依此提出了解决该问题的切实可行的方案;同时针对该套海水淡化装置出现的第一效严重结垢的情况,在明确垢样成分的前提下,通过将设备实际运行参数与设备运行参数规范相比较,分析得出了结垢的原因;并针对此原因,提出了在日常生产中防止结垢的运行维护方法。
A cogeneration desalination device has been running for nearly 7 years, but in the last two years the secondary flow box suffered heavy corrosion leakage in the aluminum brass tubes. The causes and influence factors of the corrosion leakage of aluminum brass tubes were analyzed combining with actual operation of the equipment and based on this practical solution was put forward. At the same time, in light of the first effect of the serious scaling in the desalination device, the causes of scaling were obtained through comparison of actual operating parameters and specified parameters with knowing the composition of the scaling. With the causes of scaling found, preventive maintenance methods against scaling in daily production operation were put forward.
