摘要
不同的伙伴间初始关系对隐性知识转移存在显著差异,对显性知识转移的影响不显著,在知识联盟成立初期,为获得更多的隐性知识,组织会按照朋友>熟人>陌生人的顺序选取联盟伙伴达成知识联盟。知识联盟形成后阶段,伙伴间的关系质量会显著影响知识转移。研究还发现,显性知识转移对知识探索性绩效和知识改良性绩效均有显著的正向作用,其中对知识改良性绩效的影响作用更大,隐性知识转移对知识探索性绩效具有显著的正向影响,而对知识改良性绩效的正向影响作用不显著。本研究揭示了"关系→知识转移/获取→绩效"的"黑箱"问题,进一步丰富和完善了关系管理、知识联盟管理和知识管理相关理论,为改善知识联盟组织绩效、提升联盟成员可持续竞争优势提供了思路。
There exists significant differences among different initial partnerships on the tacit knowledge transfer but little effect on explicit knowledge transfer. In order to obtain more tacit knowledge,the organization shall prefer the order of friends,acquaintances and strangers to select alliance partners and establish knowledge alliance during the early stage of knowledge alliance. After the establishment of knowledge alliance, the quality of partnership will significantly affect the transfer of knowledge. The study also finds that the explicit knowledge transfer has a positive impact on the performance of knowledge exploration and performance of knowledge improvement,but a greater impact on the latter,however,on the other hand,the tacit knowledge transfer has a obvious positive impact on the former, yet insignificant effect as to the latter. This study reveals the "the black box" problem,relationship→knowledge transfer/acquisition→performance,which further enriches and improves the relationship management,knowledge alliance management as well as the related knowledge management theory,and provides thoughts for enhancing organizational performances of the knowledge alliance and improving sustainable competitive advantage of alliance members.
