摘要
目的 探究鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术对治疗变态反应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法 选取我院2013年8月-2016年8月收治的74例变态性鼻炎患者进行研究。随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组均37例患者。对照组患者采用保守治疗,观察组则采用鼻内镜下中隔矫正术来进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、并发症发生率（鼻腔粘连、咽喉炎、流脓涕）。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.30%,并发症发生概率为2.70%;对照组患者的治疗总有效率为78.38%,并发症发生率为18.92%,观察组优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术对治疗变态反应性鼻炎的临床效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods In our hospital, 74 cases of allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2016 were selected. Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 37 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conservative treatment, while the observation group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery. The treatment of the two groups were compared, the total efficiency of the probability of occurrence of complications（nasal adhesions, sore throat, nasal）. Results In the treatment group the total effective rate was 97.30%, the complication probability is 2.70%, the control group the total efficiency was 78.38%, the complication probability is 18.92%, the result of the former data is superior to the latter results, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic nasal septum surgery for the treatment of allergic rhinitis clinical effect is significant.
