摘要 HLA-G属于非经典的HLA-GⅠ类抗原,其分子组织分布范围窄,生理状态下主要分布在母胎界面的绒毛外细胞滋养层上,在母胎免疫耐受方面发挥重要作用。本文对与生殖有关的HLA-G表达,妊娠及妊娠并发症中HLA-G在母胎界面的免疫耐受调节研究进展做如下综述。
