摘要
随着医疗技术和免疫抑制剂的不断进步,肾移植病人术后的生存率显著提高。但是,肾移植患者的预后仍受到多种因素的影响,其中饮食健康管理是重要影响因素之一。肾移植后合理的营养支持是影响移植肾功能恢复及患者长期存活的重要因素。不同时期、不同阶段对饮食健康需求也不尽相同,根据不同时期的情况给予针对性的饮食指导,建立完善健全的饮食健康管理,可以促进其身体保持良好的营养状态维护良好的长期高质量存活。本文就肾移植患者不同时期饮食指导展开论述。
With the development of medical technology and immunosuppressor, the survival rate of renal transplan- tation recipients raised significantly. However, the prognosis of renal transplantation remains affected by many factors, a- mong which management of healthy diet is an important factor. Reasonable nutrition support after renal transplantation is a very important factor that can affect the recovery of graft function and long-term survival rate of patients. The healthy diet is varied in different periods and different phases. Giving a specific dietary guidance according to the situation of different periods and establishing a sound healthy diet management can improve the maintenance of well nourishment state and high quality of long-term survival for patients. In this paper, the management of healthy diet of renal transplantation recipients in different periods was discussed.
