摘要
医院暴力的成因有医患信息的不对称，医院的高收费，患者缺乏道德和法律素养，部分医务人员的不负责任，医疗资源配置的不均衡，医院的预防监管措施不到位等。对策为加强医德医风建设，建立医患沟通协调的机制，加强医院防暴机制建设，特别是进行有效的医疗纠纷处理的立法。
The causes of hospital violence include doctor-patient information asymmetry, the high fees of hospital, patients＇ lack of moral and legal literacy, individual irresponsible medical staff members, imbalanced medical resource allocation, and the imperfection of hospital＇s prevention and regulation, etc. Countermeasures help on strengthening the construction of medical ethics, setting up the mechanism of doctor-patient communication and coordination, and strengthening the construction of hospital violence prevention mechanism, especially on effective legislation in handling medical disputes.
