摘要
在传统光面爆破装药结构基础上,根据同心不耦合装药爆破参数,推导出不同位置周边孔(边墙孔、顶板孔)不同装药不耦合系数炮孔间距的计算公式,并将雷管与有机玻璃参数代入公式,以不耦合系数为变量计算得到不同炮孔的最大贯穿孔间距。对比同心不耦合装药得到的最大孔间距,得出:当边墙孔偏心不耦合系数大于2.06时,最大孔间距几乎保持不变,顶板孔偏心不耦合装药爆破能够产生明显的偏心效应。
On the basis of traditional smooth blasting charge structure, according to the eccentric decoupled charge blasting parameters, calculation formulas of hole spacing are derived for different locations around the holes (side wall holes, roof holes) by different powder charges with decoupled coefficients. By put- ting parameters of detonator and organic glass into the formula, the maximum hole spacing of different holes can be calculated with decoupled coefficients being the variables. By comparing with the maximum hole spacing of concentric decoupled charge, it can be concluded that the maximum hole spacing remains the same when the decoupled coefficient of side-wall hole is larger than 2. 06 and roof hole eccentric decouple charge blasting can produce an obvious eccentric effect.
