摘要
病毒载体与非病毒载体是目前最常使用的两大类基因转运载体。虽然病毒载体,如腺病毒、慢病毒等转染效率更高,但由于存在细胞毒性、潜在致突变性及较高的免疫原性等的安全问题,使其在临床进一步应用受到很大的限制。非病毒载体,如天然多糖聚合物、阳离子聚合物、脂质体、无机纳米载体等具有结构简单、制备过程可控、低免疫原性等优点。本文主要就非病毒基因载体的研究进展进行综述。
Viral vectors and non-viral vectors are the two most commonly used gene delivery carriers at present.Al- though viral vectors, such as adenovirus and lentivirus have higher transfection efficiency, the security problems of cell toxicity and potential mutagenicity and high immunogenicity restrict them from further clinical application.Non-viral vectors, such as natural polysaccharide polymers, cationic polymers, liposomes and inorganic nano-carriers have the advantages of simple structure,controllable preparation process,low immunogenicity and so on.This article reviews the research progress of non-viral gene vectors.
