摘要
设计并生产了一种具有自清洁功能的机织高仿真貂绒面料,包括二氧化钛层、织物基层、自清洁层和绒毛层。创新采用纬起绒组织与平纹组织进行接结,配合特殊的织造工艺,使自清洁层、基层与绒毛层在织机上一次成型,构成有机的整体,经过割绒与刷绒整理,织物表面形成仿貂绒的外观。自清洁层采用超细纤维,具有优良的疏水疏油、自清洁作用。绒毛层采用醋酯纤维为原料,具有真貂绒面料的手感和柔软度,色彩高贵典雅。自清洁层反面的纳米二氧化钛涂层,能够利用生物降解的方式把有机污染物分解成无害的无机物,高效环保。
This paper designed and produced a high fidelity mink cashmere fabric with self-cleaning function,which consist of titanium dioxide layer,fabric grassroots,self-cleaning layer and villi layer.Innovatively tying weft pile weave and plain weave,self-cleaning layer,fabric grassroots and villi layer can form an organic whole using special fabric weave structure and weaving process,which can be attained only by one-step on loom. After cutting pile and brushing finishing,the fabric surface imitated mink cashmere appearance. Self-cleaning layer was made of microfiber,with excellent hydrophobic and oleo phobic,self-cleaning effect. Villi layer was made of cellulose acetate fibers,which made the fabric own the feel and softness of real mink cashmere fabrics and elegant colors. The nano-titanium dioxide coating on the other side of the self-cleaning layer can break down organic pollutants into harmless inorganic by biodegradable way efficiently and environmentally.
