摘要
为适应经济新常态,满足物流发展新需求,构建无缝衔接的多式联运体系,发挥综合交通运输的比选优势和经济效益,提出布局铁路综合物流基地的战略思路。在分析城市经济、物流等相关数据资料的基础上,采用模糊综合评价法得到项目的综合评价得分,运用均值、标准差相结合的统计学方法确定铁路物流基地的等级及铁路物流基地载体城市,通过定量和定性分析法对载体物流基地项目进行分析,从而研究确定铁路综合物流基地布局规划方案。
In order to adapt to the new economic norm, to satisfy the new demand of logistics development, to establish inter-model transportation system with seamless connection and to exert the comparative advantages and economic benefits of comprehensive transportation, this paper puts forward strategic ideas on layout of railway comprehensive logistics center. Based on analyzing relative data and materials of urban economy and logistics, the comprehensive evaluation score of the project could be achieved by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Then the grade and carrier city of railway logistics center could be determined by using the statistics method combined with mean value and standard deviation. Through quantitative and qualitative analysis, the paper analyzes carrier logistics center project, so as to study and determine the layout planning scheme of railway comprehensive logistics center.
