新疆地方绵羊Cytb基因遗传多样性与起源研究 被引量:5

摘要 为探讨新疆绵羊系统进化与起源,本文测定了新疆10个羊品种的Cytb序列,并进行了系统发育学分析。结果表明,这10个地方绵羊共有37种单倍型,60个多态位点;单倍型多样度为0.785±0.00193,核苷酸多样度为0.00368±0.01185,表明新疆地方绵羊品种的遗传多样性丰富;不论是邻接法(Neighbor Joining)还是最大似然法(Maximum Likelihood)系统进化树都表明新疆地方绵羊共分为3支,说明新疆地方绵羊至少有3个独立的母系起源。本研究为确立新疆地方绵羊种群关系和保护物种资源提供理论依据。 In order to explore the Xinjiang sheep' s system evolution and origin, the cytb sequences from 10 breed populations were studied. The result showed that the 37 different haplotyes and 60 polymorphic sites from 10 breed populations by phylogenetic analysis were found; The haplotype diversity( Hd), nucleotide diversity(Pi) of them were 0. 785±0. 00193, 0. 00368± 0.01185, which indicated that Xinjiang sheep breed populations had high genetic diversity; The phylogenetic trees by Neighbor joining or Maximum likelihood were divided into three branches, which would provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of the domesticated sheep population relation in Xinjiang and the protect of germplasm resource.
