高海拔党参产地土壤与植株碳、氮、磷丰缺现状及诊断 被引量:4

Abundance and Deficiency Status of Carbon,Nitrogen and Phosphorus in Soil and Codonopsis pilosula Plants in Codonopsis pilosula Producing Area with High Altitude and Its Diagnosis

摘要 为了解高海拔土壤环境下不同党参种植基地土壤碳、氮、磷的丰缺现状,寻求高海拔地区中药材党参最佳的种植条件,采用野外调查和室内分析相结合的方法,研究相同种植条件下党参及周边林地、荒草地土壤的主要养分特征。结果表明:党参产地土壤各营养元素均存在中等程度变异,在不同土壤中有不同的富集,高海拔地区党参种植基地土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮含量均为Ⅰ级,全磷为Ⅲ级,有效磷为Ⅱ级;土壤C/N为1.86~14.94,C/P为7.7~104.45,N/P为3.24~8.49。迤那镇和草海镇党参种植基地土壤养分含量较接近,含量较丰富,磷含量相对匮乏。党参植株碳和氮含量较丰富,植株样点中有少数植株缺磷。磷是迤那镇和草海镇党参种植土壤的限制性元素,注意有机肥和磷肥的合理搭配以促进党参的高产优质栽培。 The main nutrients characteristics of Codonopsis pilosula plants and soils from around forestland and wild grassland by the combination method of field survey and indoor analysis under the same cultivation condition to discuss the abundance and deficiency status of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus in soils from different Codonopsis pilosula planting bases under the high altitude environment and seek the optimum cultivation condition of Codonopsis pilosula in high altitude area. Results : There is a moderate degree variation in different nutrient elements of soils from Codonopsis pilosula producing area and the content of nutrient elements is different in three kinds of soils. The organic matter, total nitrogen and available nitrogen content, total phosphorus content and available phosphorus content in soil from Codonopsis pilosula planting base with high altitude is Grade Ⅰ , Grade Ⅲ and Grade Ⅱ respectively. The soil C. N, C/P and N/P is 1.86 - 14.94,7.7 - 104.45 and 3.24 - 8.49 separately. There is no obvious difference in content of soil nutrients between Yina Codonopsis pilosula planting base and Caohai Codonopsis pilosula planting base and the content of soil nutrient is abundance but its phosphorus content is deficiency relatively. Codonopsis pilosula plants are rich in carbon and nitrogen and some Codonopsis pilosula plants are phosphorus deficiency. The rational combination of organic manure and phosphorus fertilizer can improve high-yield and good quality cultivation of Codonopsis pilosula because phosphorus is the limited element of planting Codonopsis pilosula soil in Yina and Caohai Codonopsis pilosula planting bases.
