摘要
目前,我国智慧城市建设处于摸索尝试阶段,关于智慧城市建设的理念、思路及方式还未成熟,因此首先分析智慧城市有机统一体和融合理念的内在关系,然后基于融合理念,从资源、技术、平台及商业模式四个角度,提出了智慧城市建设实施可遵循的四种融合策略,最后从对智慧城市效果评估角度,提出融合指标评估体系建设的建议。
At present, China＇s smart city construction is at the stage of the exploration. The concept, the idea and the method of smart city construction are not mature. Firstly, the inherent relationship of smart city organic unity and fusion concept was analyzed. Then, based on the concept, four fusion strategies of smart city to be implemented were presented from four perspectives of the resource, technology, platform and commercial mode. Finally, the construction recommendation of fusion index evaluation system was put forward.
