摘要
在传统的地质实验测试中,我们常使用碘化钾-硫脲光度法[1]测定矿物中锑的含量,但在实际操作过程中会发现,这种方法步骤繁琐,对条件的要求比较严格,而且重现性也比较差。本文是一种简单的方法创新,经过多年的实践,我们对传统的方法进行了简化,提高了可操作性和重现性。原理基本相同,均是基于在试样分解后,在硫酸介质中,三价锑与碘化钾形成黄色配合物[2],430nm处,直接用光度法测定。
Patassium iodite-thiourea colorimetric determination of antimony in a mineral is what we used traditionally in geo-analysis, however, this method has a complicated process and rigorous requirement for conditions, and moreover, it is poor in repeatability. This paper introduced an innovative and simplified method with improved operability and repeatability. Both are same in principle and based on that after samples are decomposed, in sulfuric acid, trivalent antimony and potassium iodite form yellow coordination complex, and then is determined directly using colorimetric method at 430nm.
