摘要
固定资产常态化盘点在保障公立医院资产安全完整,发挥资产使用效益和提升医院管理水平方面有重要的作用。笔者以河南省肿瘤医院的实践为例,阐述了常态化盘点开展的必要性、实施条件、具体做法和所取得的成效,并讨论和思考了未来改进的方向。
Normalized inventory of Fixed Assets has a great effect on ensuring the safety and integrity of assets, sim- ultaneously proving use efficiency and management. The article taking the practice of Cancer Hospital of Henan for example, elaborates the necessity, conditions, specific practices and the result of producing normalized inventory of fixed assets, at the same time thinks about and discusses the improve direction.
