摘要
随着国家人口政策的战略转型和人们对医疗保健服务需求的不断提高,妇幼专科医院迎来了新的发展机遇。但当前妇幼专科医院发展却面临着人才支撑力不足的现实挑战,人才建设上的问题与矛盾已严重制约了妇幼专科医院的健康发展。笔者从医院工作的实际出发,认真剖析了妇幼专科医院人才建设方面存在的主要问题及影响因素,并针对问题提出了做好人才工作的方法、路径,以期为大家提供借鉴和参考。
With the strategic transformation of the national population policy and people＇s demand for health care services continues to improve, maternity and child care hospital ushered in new development opportunities. However, the cur- rent development of maternity and child hospital is facing the reality of the lack of talent support challenges, talent building on the problems and contradictions have seriously hampered the healthy development of maternity and child hospital. The author analyzes the main problems and influential factors in the talent construction of maternity and child care hospital, and puts for- ward the methods and path to do the work of talented person in order to provide reference and reference for the problem.
