摘要
目的通过对护理人员输血知识培训效果的调查分析,加强临床输血护理全程监控,确保患者输血过程护理安全规范。方法选取我院自愿参与全过程输血监控管理的100名护理人员进行输血知识培训,对培训前后均实施相同的输血护理知识问卷调查。结果培训前输血护理人员问卷平均正确率为61.76%,培训后输血护理人员问卷平均正确率为93.77%,培训前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论通过对护理人员输血知识的培训,不仅提高护理人员的专业知识技能,还可以保证患者输血过程护理安全规范,减少医疗护理纠纷。
Objective To investigate the training effect of blood transfusion nursing knowledge, and to summarize the measures to strengthen the whole process of monitoring and management of clinical transfusion care. Methods 100 blood transfusion patients who participated in the whole process of monitoring and management were surveyed by blood transfusion nursing knowledge and compared with the questionnaire survey of the first 100 blood transfusion staff who did not implement the whole process monitoring and control. Results The average correct rate of transfusion nursing staff questionnaire was 61.76%, and the average correct rate of transfusion nursing staff questionnaire was 93.77% （ P 〈 O. 005）. Conclusion The whole process of monitoring and management in the clinical blood transfusion nursing work can improve the professional knowledge of the nurses on the basis of ensuring the safety of blood transfusion.
