摘要
医院行政总值班是医院管理的重要组成部分。笔者通过对医院运用PDCA管理工具加强行政总值班管理的做法和成效进行阐述,提出应不断提升值班人员服务意识和业务素质,建立问题预警机制和多轨值班机制等优化行政总值班管理、提升管理效能的建议。
The General - on - duty of Hospital is an important component of hospital administration. This article demonstrates the practices and effectiveness of applying PDCA management tools to strengthen the General - on - duty man- agement, proposes to continuously improve the service consciousness and professional ability of attendant, establishing early - warning mechanisms and muhitrack duty mechanism on optimization of the General - on - duty management, enhance the effi- ciency of management.
