摘要 利用新型水溶性磷-氮系阻燃剂F R-P50L,配合阻燃辅助剂P178、防水剂,采用浸渍涂布工艺,对工程墙纸进行阻燃整理。考察了阻燃体系各主要成分用量对墙纸的阻燃效果、耐水洗性和粘辊程度及物理机械性能的影响。结果表明:经阻燃整理后的墙纸炭化长度为56mm,水洗后长度为62mm,不粘辊。经过阻燃整理后的壁纸在点火开始后的20s内,火焰尖头均未到达试件150mm刻度线,平均烟气温度均在200℃以下,阻燃整理后的墙纸可做为B1级建筑内部装饰材料使用。 In this study, new water-soluble phosphorus-mtrogen flame retardant FR-P50L, auxiliary flame retardant P178 and waterproofing agent were applied to engineering wallpaper through coating flame retardant agents onto engineering wall paper. Flame retardant effect, washable performance, the degree of roll dirt, physical and mechanical properties are also investigated. According to the research results, the carbonization length of engineering wallpaper is 56 mm and 62 mm after washing, and is roll dirt. At the same time, the flame did not reach the scale line of 150 mm, and the average smoke temperature below 200℃ after 20 seconds from the ignition beginning. Engineering wall paper with flame retardants treated can be used as decoration materials of B1 level.
