摘要
目的探讨多西他赛联合卡铂方案在三阴性乳腺癌新辅助化疗中的疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法入组三阴性乳腺癌患者34例,给予多西他赛联合卡铂方案的新辅助化疗,统计并分析其疗效及安全性。结果 34例患者的有效率为85.3%,最常见的毒副反应为骨髓抑制和消化道反应。结论多西他赛联合卡铂方案在三阴性乳腺癌新辅助化疗中疗效好,且耐受性良好。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of docetaxel combined with carboplatin regimen in the neoadju-vant chemotherapy of three negative breast cancer,and to provide the basis for clinical therapy. Methods Thirty-four patients with three negative breast cancer were given docetaxel combined with carboplatin as neoadjuvant chem-otherapy,and the efficacy and safety were analyzed. Results In the 34 patients,the effective rate was 85. 3% , and the most common toxicities were bone marrow depression and digestive tract reaction. Conclusion Docetaxel combined with carboplatin is effect and safe in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy of triple negative breast cancer.
