摘要
某镶装式机械密封装置在常温、非工作状态下贮存一段时间后,部分产品出现密封失效。针对此问题,采用有限元法,计算分析装配后密封环上的位移分布情况,研究密封环配合面上尺寸公差和形位公差对装配后密封环密封性能的影响。结果表明,配合面上的尺寸和形位公差,均会引起配合面产生不同程度的变形,从而影响机械密封装置的密封性能。
Several products of the mosaic-type mechanical seal device fail in seal in normal temperature,non-work state after storage for a period of time. Aiming at this problem,the Finite Element Method is adopted to calculate and analyze the displacement distributionof the sealing ring after assembly and to investigate the influence of the dimensional and shape tolerance in fitting surface on sealing performance. The results show that the dimensional and shape tolerance in fitting surfacecan produce different degree of deformation,which affects the sealing performance of mechanical seal device.
