AZ31镁合金异齿复合形变工艺的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了炉内保温温度、炉内保温时间、保压时间对镁合金板材微观组织和力学性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,炉内温度为300℃、炉内保温时间为20min、压下量为3 mm、模具温度为150℃、保压时间为10 s时,异齿复合形变后的镁合金板材的平均晶粒尺寸为6.5μm、显微硬度为68.12HV。在室温条件下拉伸时,屈服强度为215MPa、抗拉强度为320MPa、延伸率为17.6%,与等齿复合形变相比,晶粒细化了16.6%,屈服强度提高了1.4%,抗拉强度提高了7.4%,延伸率提高了3.5%。 It had been studied that the influence of deformation temperatures,heating times,and pressing time on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 Magnesium alloy. The results presented that the average grain size of AZ31 Magnesium alloy which deformed by different-size-teeth compound deformation was 6. 5 μm,and the hardness was 68. 15 HV. In which,the deformation temperature was 300 ℃,and holding time was 20 minutes,and the reduction was 3 mm,and temperature of tools was 150 ℃,and pressing time was 10 seconds. Under the room temperature,the mechanical properties of AZ31 Magnesium alloy was that yield strength being 215 MPa and tensile strength being 320 MPa and the elongation ratio being17. 6 %. Compared with same-size-teeth compound deformation technology,the grain-size of AZ31 Magnesium alloy which deformed by different-size-teeth compound deformation reduced16. 6 %,the yield strength improved 1. 4 %,tensile strength improved 7. 4 % and elongation ratio increased 3. 5 %.
